The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed with storage space and the bathroom with a shower cubicle and a toilet.
Les Mas de la Mer is a secure residence with gate with VIGIC and code gate. Located on the 2nd and last floor, and 400 m from the North beach, the apartment is west facing with a breathtaking view of the Canigou.
There is a mini-market at the entrance to the residence, a bakery 700 m away and the market. The marina, which can be reached by taking the baladoir, is 2 km away.
For golf enthusiasts, the golf course (27 holes) is 2 km away, and the miniature golf course 500 m.
St Cyprien has a sailing school at 3.5 km, an equestrian centre at 3 km and Aqualand at 6 km.
