Appartement bien situé, au calme,fonctionnel . Surface très correcte. Cabine de douche un peu étroite

Propriété très bien placée et sécurisée.
Quelques réparations sont à effectuer au niveau de la douche qui est particulièrement étroite : réparer la fixation de la douchette et aménager une sécurité pour sortir de la douche.

Très bon accueil, très bel emplacement dommage que cet appartement soit viellot, un petit cou de jeune et ce serai parfait .
