Quietly located yet very close to the lively Hammersmith area, this place will allow you to enjoy city buzzing at the day and rest with maximum comfort at night. This choice is perfect both for families, friends and those on the business trips.
This lovely flat situated on the lower ground floor of a beautiful Victorian House.
Private entrance and own garden will help you relax after a busy day in the hustle and bustle of London and make your stay unforgettable!
An open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with comfortable sofa, wonderful dinning area for three people and exit to an incredible private garden.
A contemporary open-plan kitchen is fitted with modern appliances.
Enjoy cooking your favorite dishes and new delicious recipes!
Both double bedrooms are set with fresh hotel-quality linen with complimentary towels and toiletries to help you relax and restore in the end of the day.
Masters bedroom has ample storage space - big cupboard for your cloth and drawers to keep your belongings in order.
The modern bathroom with a tropical shower is tastefully designed.
The place will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

The location was good with easy access to most of London. It was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to shops and pubs.
