I am pleased to offer this centrally located 2-bedroom flat with a contemporary, pastel-coloured design. The space comfortably accommodates 4 people, it is a great choice for a family or a group of friends on holidays, as well as for those on business trips. Situated in the heart of London - moments from the Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus tube station, it provides you with excellent travel links across the city.
Situated on a first floor, in a very quiet corner, at the same time just a few steps away from vibrant Soho with its restaurants, cafes and shops, this spacious two-bedroom apartment will make your stay in London unforgettable.
The lounge designed in a relaxing style, with two comfortable sofas, coffee table and Netflix TV and leads into a modern, built-in kitchen with contemporary appliances for your enjoyment by cooking delicious meals.
There is a wonderful dining space for four people.
Two double bedrooms are bright and stylish, with ample storage to keep your belongings in order. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
The bathroom is completed with a bathtub, fluffy towels and toiletries will help you relax and restore at the end of the day.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before your arrival.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the place it was during you check in, you will be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

This was a great location to stay at in London. Close to the tube, and in a very walkable area. Nice space. I had a hard time reaching the manager, which was frustrating as I could not get the kitchen appliances (oven, stove, clothes washer) to work correctly. Also the dishwasher didn’t have any legible buttons anymore, so I just turned it on and pushed random buttons and hoped it would work!
These weren’t big issues, as there were tons of great restaurants nearby, and I could hang clothes on the heated towel rack to dry. The beds were small, but that’s expected everywhere around Europe. Overall it was a good place to stay and I was happy with it. The double windows were a bonus as it was fairly quiet even with street noise, and it felt safe as long as you were aware.
