Location was great - shame about blocked view by scaffolding - I didn’t notice it in the pictures
Curtains didn’t fully fit windows and light was coming through in both room
Why was ID needed for all parties and have the pictures now been deleted?

Location was excellent. 2 minutes from Trafalgar square. Flat lovely, nice sofas, warm, kitchen well equipped, beds comfy. Quiet considering how close to traffic.
Check in was not good. We had to tell them a definite time and were early so had to wait outside for 25 minutes for the host to arrive. After 7pm was called a late check in and would have cost us £35. No mention on booking.
No instructions for WIFI so I had to message to ask for the password.
As soon as we arrived I was chased to follow the link to pay the deposit. I couldn’t do this on my phone so the host had to come round.
