About this villa rental
Villa "Le Sud", managed by La Conciergerie du Rivage, is an air-conditioned family home of 150 m² with private pool, garden and sea view, located in a quiet and green residential area of Carqueiranne. Facing south, it offers an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends with terrace and swimming pool to enjoy the sun. Beaches and port 2 km away, town centre and Provencal market 1 km away.
Ideal location to discover Hyères, the Giens peninsula and the Golden Islands.

The villa with an area of approximately 150 m² is composed as follows:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR
- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hood, blender...).
- Laundry room with washing machine, microwave, and freezer.
- Air-conditioned living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, and dining area with table and chairs.
- WC.
- Bedroom 1 air-conditioned with double bed 140 and closet.
- Bathroom with large shower.
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned with double bed 160 and closet.
UPSTAIRS
- Air-conditioned bedroom 3 with double bed 160 and closet.
- Upstairs bathroom with bathtub.
- WC.
- Bedroom 4 air-conditioned with two double beds 140 and closet.
- Veranda with desk and sofa - children's playroom or very bright reading and relaxation area for older children.
OUTSIDE:
- Maintained and secure salt water swimming pool (chlorine-free) with southern exposure, large solarium and deckchairs.
- Outdoor showers.
- South-west facing terrace shaded by 2 umbrella pines with dining table, chairs, armchairs.
- Electric barbecue and plancha.
- Parking possible inside the property and in the area in front of the Villa.

The villa is ideally located, just a short walk from the town centre of Carqueiranne. Here you will find a fishmonger, a butcher, bakeries, mini markets, a pharmacy, restaurants, hairdressers, a tea room, a newsagent, banks, and much more. The Port of Carqueiranne and the charming beaches of Le Péno are also within easy walking or driving distance. Within a few minutes' drive, you can reach the beaches of Hyères, L'Almanarre, the Giens Peninsula and the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Île du Levant), among others.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor can be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
