Welcome to our spacious apartment, occupying the ground/1st floors of modern development. Step into a haven of luxury, as this meticulously designed space features high-end furnishings, fixtures, and fittings throughout.

The reception rooms are bathed in natural light, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the communal garden. Enjoy the breathtaking views and stunning sunsets in the privacy of this serene space. Outdoor furniture is available, providing the perfect setting for a delightful home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped cook's kitchen.

The open-plan kitchen boasts modern appliances, ensuring that you have everything you need to whip up a delectable meal. Whether you're exploring different cuisines or indulging in your classic favorites, this kitchen is a culinary haven.

The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The ensuite master bedroom features a queen bed, while Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both offer double beds. All bedrooms are bright and airy, equipped with ample storage space, and adorned with fresh hotel-quality linen for your utmost comfort.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.

Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Also, please be respectful towards the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

To start, this listing was gorgeous and the host was a delight to work with! It was within a 5-7 minute walk to the Underground - making it easy for quick traveling. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because there seemed to be a moth infestation in the master bedroom upstairs which was slightly concerning. Along with that, the rooms were a bit hot even with adjusting the temperature. These are minuscule issues and overall did not take away from the experience at this location! If I ever visit London again, I will stay here!
