Our home is perfect for hosting a relaxing family getaway. Lots of space and natural light everywhere.
On the ground floor:
- Eat-in-Kitchen: Bright and sunny with 4 large windows. Fully appointed and ready for cooking and baking. Kitchen table seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the island.
- Primary Bedroom: A large and private primary suite with king-sized canopy bed, high-end Purple mattress, large windows, desk and desk chair, a smart tv, and large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and luxurious bath
- Guest Bedroom: Queen bedroom facing the backyard and pool with a large closet and dresser.
- Guest Bedroom: Queen bedroom facing the front of the house with a large closet and dresser
- Full Bathroom: Located between the two guest bedrooms
- Dining Room: Seats 10 comfortably with a modern and bright light fixture and 2 large windows.
- Living Room: Smart tv, plenty of seating, gas fireplace for chilly evenings, games and puzzles in the cabinets, books on the shelves. Vaulted ceiling and double doors to the backyard and pool.

Great property located in Hampton Bays! Beautiful home with an heated pool. Very spacious. Easy to drive to beaches, but not walking distance. Closest beach unfortunately does not have a side walks along route so need to walk on a main, busy road to access. Lots of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with two families, four young children total. The house has a wonderful layout in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic. Alison was extremely responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend!
