About this house rental
The space
BACKYARD
Our heated pool is a year-round delight! Relax on beach loungers, cook up some barbecue on the grill, and dine at our backyard table. At night, gather around the fire pit under the stars.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has been newly remodeled and offers everything you'll need for on-the-go food prep or full-fledged meals. Appliances include an Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, Keurig coffee maker, a full set of pots and pans, a full chef's knife set, a microwave, oven, and fridge.
LIVING ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, which has a large window overlooking the pool. Enjoy the game or a movie on our 75" Smart TV.
BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom offers a super comfortable king-size memory-foam mattress, a large closet, a ceiling fan, and a separate entrance from the backyard. Additionally, the onsuite bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi bathtub can offer the ultimate post-beach relaxation session.
The other two bedrooms also offer comfortable beds, large closets, and cute yet functional side tables and dressers.
BONUS ROOM
The bonus room offers an additional light-filled space that is perfect for children (or other guests) to unwind with toys, games, or to simply watch TV. This space has a couch to lounge on by day and two single beds for sleeping at night.
HOME OFFICE
We've also set up a home office in the living room with fast WiFi (300 Mbps), a desk and chair for anyone who needs to work remotely during their stay.
GARAGE
In the garage, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use freely. The garage also has beach toys, chairs, umbrella, wagon, and boogie boards you can use during your stay.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, and garage.
Other things to note
All doors and windows leading to the pool have alarm sensors that sound when the door or window is open. While these can be disabled by the guests at any point, the sensors and alarms serve to alert parents when young children "escape" the house to enter the backyard and pool area.
There is also an outdoor camera in the front yard and one in the backyard to monitor the outside of the home.
