Luxury Townhouse Minutes from Beach and Downtown

We loved the location and townhome was HUGE! The 14-foot ceilings and finish work in the home was luxurious. We had plenty of space with two separate living areas that allowed everyone to do their own thing. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat our own meals. I highly recommend!

The location requires a seperate registration with pet fees and an $800 security deposit. We didn't bring the pets, but it delayed our entry instructions. I didn't like having to go through that sort of hassle on a booking.com advertised site. With that kind of deposit there should have been someone to do a pre-inspection with us as we found several broken or missing items when we arrived. We felt we had to photograph and video existing conditions because we didn't want to be responsible for things we didn't do. The remote hosts were great though and we had great communication with them when we needed them.

The house had a lot space and plenty of bathrooms for my family. It was a great location to walk to the pool from our house and alot sitting areas to hangout and chill at the end of the day. Easy to get to beaches and a lot parking.

The town didn’t have many eating places and not many activities for kids other than the beach. You have to travel about 20-30 mins to other towns to find a variety of food places and shopping places.

Maybe someone before us went fishing and used the freezer, but there was a string fish smell in the fridge. I put a baking soda refresher in there and it went away.
