Welcome to Catalina Hideaway! A boutique-style 4 bed, 3 bath property minutes from the ocean and situated steps from Gleason Park. Enjoy an open living room, kitchen, and dining room with enough space for everyone to enjoy a great meal together. Our game room features two arcade games and gaming systems. Soak in the Florida sun while relaxing in the heated pool, or take a nap in the poolside hammock. Socialize with your family and friends on the enclosed patio while enjoying a beverage and watching a game on the 65" TV at the outdoor bar.
Catalina Hideaway is a modern beach home minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk to Gleason Park, where there is something for everyone. Modern decor and conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, sunny dining room, heated pool, enclosed patio & bar, game room, and laundry room.
When you arrive at Catalina Hideaway, you will be welcomed by the lush, tropical landscape. Beyond the entrance, you will find the open living, kitchen, and dining space. The living room features a large sectional couch and a 65' television. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking a large family meal. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining area that opens to the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is screened and features your own private outdoor bar, seating, and 65" TV. Beyond the screened patio, you can enjoy the heated pool, poolside hammock, fire pit with seating, and a pergola with an additional seating area. Large concrete area provides plenty of space for grilling, large play area, riding scooters, or riding tricycles. Restaurants, shopping, grocery shopping is approximately a 15 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive from the home.
Catalina Hideaway offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Every bedroom has a smart TV.
1st Bedroom: Enjoy a spacious main bedroom with a king bed, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom.
2nd bedroom: Features a king bed and desk.
3rd bedroom: queen-size bed
4th bedroom: a bunk room that consists of a full-size bed with a full-size bed overhead and a trundle twin.
We offer a well-stocked kitchen, including but not limited to:

-Coffee grinder

We were in town for a wedding and we had a stay with 5 adults and 2 kids. It was great staying here. The house is clean comfortable and the location is great. We lounged by the pool, grilled up lunches and dinners and had a great time. The host messaged us to ensure we didn't have any issues. Great stay.

10/10 highly recommend this house for a large family! We had ages 7 to 78 and it was perfect for everyone. The backyard space is exactly what the pictures promised-clean and warm pool, lots of toys and floaties provided, a Bluetooth speaker in the great porch area. We also appreciated all of the beach chairs, umbrella,sand toys, cooler, and lots of beach towels. All of the amenities provided like coffee,tea, laundry soap,dish soap...we have never had a VRBO provide so much and it was greatly appreciated! Loved the little touches like labeled cabinets in the kitchen,too. The totally fenced in,private yard was so peaceful and only 5 minutes to the beach with easy parking! The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond with communication.We hope to be back next year!

The home is well located in the Indian Harbor Beach area. 2-monutes from Gleason Park, Publix, and quick drive to the beach. Lots of rooms and full baths, a large backyard with a pool, and lovely game room. The listing was lacking check-in/out info online and not emailed over leading to a check-in issue but the manager was quick to resolve and make it right. We found checkout instructions in the guestbook in the home. The home is well labeled all over which which helps with all the light switches and in the kitchen. Our issue was with cleanliness. The home was reset: beds were made, towels refreshed... But we found trash in the trash cans, dishes in the dishwasher, we found many of the kitchen items were stored away dirty, the screened in back patio could of used a quick sweeping as it was just full of debris, and the game room had food crumbs like chips and popcorn and dog fur. The home also is in need of a deep clean as all the window blinds and window sills had that caked film of dust from long not being cleaned and rapid humidity changes. We also found some pest evidence so the home problem is due for pest control refreshing. The weirdest one was there was what looked like bird dropping in random places around the home, including on the TV in the Master. We took photos of everything so we could share along with he review in hopes that future stays get little more attention to the detail of cleanliness; maybe a check-in day list for the cleaning crew could help.
