Getting Around:
Cars are not necessary in this area; however a plus, unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!

The house was spacious and inviting, with a relaxed beach theme. Communication with Management was on point! They went out of their way to make our stay special and accomodate our family.The kids loves fishing on the pond; using pieces of bread, they were able to catch tilapia, catfish and large mouth bass. The Master bathroom was my favorite room; huge shower and tub to move baths along after the beach and pool. The proximity was outstanding with several restaurants and grocery stores withon walking distance. The only amenity that a little to be desired, was the pool. It was on the smaller side and a little on the warm side. With beaches and so much eleae to do, the pool was a non-issue for us.

We had an enjoyable weekend in the condo. All our guest spoke highly of the accommodations. We found the unit quiet lovely and there was room for everyone.

Overall the property was nice, but their were little things that could have made the process a lot easier. 1 the dishwasher did not work as it said in the listing and their was a guy waiting in the unit upon our arrival who said they were resetting it and then told us it didnt work and we would have one the next day.. well day 7 and still hadnt had one.. 2. I had asked for late checkout was even willing to pay past noon. They had reached back out to me saying they wouldnt know until a couple days before hey thats no problem, THEN reached out to me and told me it was possible and i would just need to check in with them the night before to lock it in, well surprise to me i did reach out to be told we couldnt do it.. lots of miscommunication from more than one person. Which put a damper on checkout process and our last day there as we had already planned out the whole day since someone told us late checkout was okay!
