In the heart of Gainesville, this cozy guest house with patio deck is located in a quiet neighborhood. Welcoming guests from all around the world! It is less than 1.5 miles to UF School/Stadium and downtown Gainesville. Less than 5 miles to Oaks Mall or Butler shopping plaza. It's located by Target, Publix, and many nearby restaurants. Stay here and you could leave your car and walk to your destination in Gainesville. Great value for a great property!
