The dining room is very spacious with the kitchen open and with access to the terrace.
It is located 100 meters from the beach, it is perfect to spend a few days away from the bustle of the city and busy roads.It is a ground floor with a great terrace to spend incredible evenings.
The location is unbeatable, it is located in the center of town, surrounded by all kinds of establishments: supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, good and varied restaurants with different types of cuisine.The town of Alcala has natural pools, parks and public sports services and the possibility of being able to cary out all the water activities you want, including being able to swim with the turtles that are usually in the port every afertoon to eat.
The island's climate, and especially its location in the south, means that summer is present throughou the year.

In the event of check-in outside the scheduled time for handing over the keys to your holiday home, we offer the following options:
SELF CHECK-IN: Arrival after hours and delivery of keys to a mailbox with code.
The entire reservation must be paid in advance, as well as the deposit if any and the information of all guests.
Check-in and check-out time:- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-in before or after established hours, check prices (upon acceptance by the establishment).- Check-out: until 10 am. Departures after hours with prior acceptance by the establishment.
Included services:
- Bed linen, towels and beach towels service included in the price.
- Electricity, water and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.
House's rules:
- Groups of young people under 27 years of age are not admitted.- Don't be too noisy to respect the other neighbors. Especially from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., since it is totally prohibited to speak loudly, make noise...- It is prohibited for anyone who is not on the reservation to sleep or use the apartment.- Parties are totally prohibited.- Please, smoking is only allowed on the terrace, not inside the house.- If you lose the keys: €50- Before departure, wash the dishes, take out the trash and keep the house tidy.- Candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire should not be left in the home.- The white towels provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or for cleaning shoes..., so please do not use them for that. Each damaged towel will be charged €5/small and €10/large deposit. There are beach towels.
