A wonderful stay in a beautifully maintained apartment at a very competitive rate.

Great location—just about 10 mins walk from the centre of Subotica. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed with kitchen equipment, clothes hangers etc. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there is a lovely balcony with a view of the dome of the synagogue. The owner, Lea, met me at the property on arrival and was really welcoming. She explained all that I needed to know about the property and was a great ambassador for the city of Subotica.

Picturesque view & modernity in the city centre

The building in the ancient centre and the apartment are modern, providing all the facilities we need, and it was really warm there. The host was super friendly and kind. The apartment was even more nice and cosy than we expected. And the view from the window is so amazing that you can paint and draw sitting in the terrace!

A sunny apartment with a balcony and everything you need.

A very polite and kind landlady. We contacted her in advance. She spoke English well (it was important for me). She told me about restaurants that I can visit. The apartment had Wi-Fi and warm water. Beautiful view from the windows, balcony. I enjoyed it. If I come again, I will stay here again.

Clean, well equipped, comfy.

The property was clean and very well equipped with utensils, kitchen appliances, the bathroom had soap and shampoo’s as well as the washing machine. It’s a perfect apartment if you plan to visit Subotica and have a longer stay. The owner Liza is also very kind and very helpfull.

Za ovu cijenu apartman pruža odličnu vrijednost

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, blizu svega što vrijedi vidjeti. Garsonjera je čista, uredna i moderno opremljena, sa svim potrebnim stvarima. Iako je manjih dimenzija, prostor je vrlo dobro iskorišten i ništa ne nedostaje. Krevet je udoban, a kuhinja funkcionalna – koristili smo frižider i pribor, posuđa ima sasvim dovoljno. Terasa je velika i pruža lijep pogled na grad. Boravili smo zimi i grijanje je bilo više nego dobro, toplo i ugodno. Apartman se nalazi na drugom spratu, zgrada ima lift. Ulaz u zgradu se zaključava, pa je boravak miran i siguran. Riječ je o novijoj gradnji. Parking je besplatan, odmah uz zgradu ili preko puta – uvijek je bilo mjesta. Sve što smo željeli vidjeti bilo je u blizini, a Subotica nas je zaista oduševila. Posebno bih pohvalio domaćicu – javila nam se unaprijed, detaljno smo se dogovorili oko dolaska, sačekala nas je ispred zgrade i sve objasnila jasno i strpljivo. Izuzetno ljubazna i susretljiva, što je boravak učinilo još ugodnijim. Za ovu cijenu apartman pruža odličnu vrijednost, vrlo udoban boravak i sigurno bismo se ponovo vratili.

Квартира удивила своей чистотой. Очень внимательная и гостеприимная хозяйка. В квартире есть всё необходимое и всё в рабочем состоянии. Есть не только стиральная машина, но и сушилка для белья. Просторная душевая кабина. Есть место для курения.
