Superb family-friendly accomodation

We loved this accomodation and all its features. The 3-bedroom apartment is tidy and spacious, perfect for big families. The staff provided the crib and other necessities for the baby so we didn't need to worry about anything. The place also has a huge backyard with a charming lounge/BBQ area with a playground that kids loved.

There was no issues whatsoever.

It was clean and spacious. It had a large garden with toys for the children which was great! The best thing about the property was the host Maja who lived next door and was very helpful and kindly dealt with any requests we had.

There were some things in the apartment that needed to be modernised. The kitchen is very small and not well equipped. It lacks some key facilities like a toaster or a working oven. The floors and doors creak very loudly which could wake up sleeping children. One bedroom doesn’t have a dark curtain so the light comes in early in the morning. The shower needs a mat because it’s quite slippery and one of our children slipped.

An excellent place to stay and explore beautiful Subotica

The property is about 20 minutes from the centre of Subotica. Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. A filter installed in the kitchen tap, which made the water drinkable. Peace and quiet in the evening. Large, secure car park with lockable gate.

Maja is an excellent host making her best for you to have a perfect stay in Subotica. The property is walking distance (10 min) to the center and it is a oasis of green and calm-beautiful interior garden,parking inside,very big apartment with anything you may need.There is free good quality Wi-Fi internet available (not mentioned in the property description on booking.com)

Maja is very friendly and super hostess. The place was easy to find and my car was parked safely in the back yard. The metal doors are closed and no outside people can go in. For us this was a real comfort. The apartment was super clean and had everything one needs. I can only recommend. Maja gave us as a welcome drink homemade Slivovic schnaps great taste. If we ever have to stay overnight in Subotica we definetely will stay there.

Everything is amazing about this place. It’s so peaceful and full of homely vibes. The host Maja is like a blessing. She’s kind, professional, happy and goes way beyond your expectations to help you if you need anything. Attention to details in the apartment is magnificent. It’s extremely hygienically clean and the fragrance in the apartment is tantalizing. Everything is exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. It’s located very near to the center, everything is walking distance. I had a great time being here. If you’re looking for a peaceful rejuvenating place then this is it.. Modern apartment, spotless clean and spacious rooms, a big garden with playground, quiet surrounding, very friendly host. You find everything you need. We have small kids and baby. The host prepared everything like a baby bed and high chair for them. I totally recommend this apartment. We will definately come back as we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Warm recommendation for a family vacation.

The apartment itself is great - lots of room, nicely furnished (as can be seen in the pictures), outstandingly clean. It's completely closed off and isolated from the nearby street, with a large yard including a playground for children, outdoor barbecue and two rather charming&friendly dogs (in a fenced orchard). The host is very attentive, was rather happy to help with any requests we had (and it was our first trip with a newborn so we had quite a few :). Basically Maja made us feel like we were home.

- Not far from the center yet quiet and isolated from any city noise. - Extremely clean and comfortable apartment. Everything was same as on the photos and even better in person. - Very very spacious apartment with all the amenities you’d need. - Everything inside is new and the look and feel is very modern. - WiFi signal and speed works well. - Lovely and spacious garden outside. - Safe parking within the property that you can enter any time with the key that opens the electronic gate. - Value for money extremely good! - Amazing and very understandable host that will make you feel very welcomed and is there to help you with anything you need. For a while I haven’t seen such a great and welcoming host of a property this type on Booking.com. A truly bright example of real Serbian hospitality. Thank you Maja! - There is a range of a few different-size apartments to chose from hence have that in mind when booking this property. - Will definitely stay here again when in Subotica!
