Well equipped apartament in old town with cosy atmosphere

The apartment is perfectly located, practically opposite the main square in the old town. The apartment is very tastefully and cozy decorated. WiFi works great, air conditioning works very well even at 38 degrees Celsius, parking is private, safe, in the yard. The apartment is equipped with all amenities, towels and cosmetics. The kitchen, although small, is suitable for preparing meals and is also very well equipped. In the same building, but at the front there is a bakery, and right next to it there are all kinds of restaurants, shops and points where you can easily buy a phone card, etc. Even though it is in the city center, it is quiet and green. It is worth staying here for a few days, visiting beautiful Subotica, intimate and atmospheric restaurants and cafes, and going to beautiful Palič. The owner was very nice, friendly and helpful. He knows English very well.

I have minor complaints about the ventilation, because it is poor and since there is only one roof window, it is difficult to exchange air. Tall people must also watch out for their heads because there are slopes, because this is an attic. The kitchen is very small and is more of a kitchen alcove, so although well-equipped, it is more suitable for reheating meals than for full preparation

A lovely cozy apartment in a quiet courtyard.....close to the beautiful town. The host was really friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. The apartment has cooking facilities and a fridge, all very useful when traveling. This was excellent value for money and would definitely recommend, we would have loved to stay for longer!

Top location, it's literally located in the centre of Subotica. The host was very hospitable and polite. Will help you with anything you need.

Bookings.com Property rating was 9.4, however, it didn't meet such high standard: it wasn't ready for check-in at the agreed time and parking wasn't immediately available. The property wasn't as clean as the rating implied - at best, it was just acceptable. There was dust all around that wasn't cleaned in a long time.

A bit dark inside, windows are roof-windows looking at courtyard. Moving by car in the courtyard (where parking place is placed) a bit tight.
