Suflat Apartman Studio

The apartment is in the city center, very close to the City Hall and commercial areas. It has a nice balcony where you can relax and/or do some work. The bed is very comfortable. It also has some very nice elements that contribute to the classic apartment atmosphere of the 70s-90s. You can find parking easily in the blue zone around the building. The owner was great - communication was easy, she met me at the time of arrival and presented the place. She was very kind to help me get prepaid parking cards for the duration of my stay.

Given the age of the building, it's possible you'll encounter small roaches in the kitchen sink during the evening and night. But once you flush them with some water, you're good.

Lokacija je odlicna, sam centar Grada. Cena adekvatna. Retro namestaj koji oslikava preiod kada se bas zivelo u naselju "Tokio" u kojem se nalazi stan.

Iskreno ja licno nisam boravila, ali nasi tj.nihovi gosti su samo spomenuli da ima previse nepotrebnih detalja i komada namestaja.

Excellent apartment — the location is literally one minute from the center of Subotica and about a 10-minute walk from the railway station. There is a pleasant view from the window. The host is very polite, speaks good English, met us in person, showed us the apartment, and explained how everything works. There is Wi-Fi and a large boiler, which was enough to fill two hot baths without any issues. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment has everything needed for a short stay. The host also left clean towels, small souvenirs (magnets), and lavender sachets — a special big thank you for that thoughtful touch. The apartment has a wonderful retro vibe, exactly what we were looking for. It truly feels like visiting your grandmother’s place — in the best possible sense: very cozy and homely. The apartment is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for a stay in Subotica!

As for the downsides, we could occasionally hear neighbors in the stairwell, but the building is old, so this was expected and did not really bother us. Overall, there is nothing more significant to add — a good apartment and an excellent host.
