Lokalizacja ma plusy i minusy. Blisko do Neptuna ale za to do okien dobiegają odgłosy głośnych turystów w późnych godzinach. Poza sezonem letnim nie było by tego problemu. Duża powierzchnia mieszkania.
Brudne okna. Naczynia w złym stanie. Brak małych garnków, brakowało pokrywki do jednego dużego garnka. Patelnie bez komentarza. Jakieś zupki chińskie czy końcówka ryżu po poprzednich lokatorach. Brak herbaty. Niedbale rozcięty worek soli na talerzu. Rozumiem zamysł tego mieszkania - zbieranina mebli z różnych epok, brak generalnego remontu - to jest OK za tę cenę. Ale wcześniej wymienione elementy nie wymagają dużych nakładów finansowych, podnoszą komfort pobytu. To tylko pokazuje podejście właściciela do klienta.
