Perfect, relaxing, scenic. Plenty of shops close by to find whatever you need.

On arrival the place is in a perfect location, plenty of parking outside the property. A code takes you past the gate, where everything is behind high fences, very secluded. Outside seating area, and a nice path and presentation. Once inside the place has been well planned and built. Area for coats and shoes, umbrellas and shopping bag to use next to the door. The whole place has a comfy vibe and plenty of premium gifts to welcome you to the property. Gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and plenty of storage. Is so nice to have two doors to the bathroom, from bedroom and lounge. Bathroom has a very large walk in shower with two options for the shower heads. Lots of storage in the bedroom and a very comfy bed, sky lights bring in plenty of light, but you have a rod to close blinds to have late sleep ins. There is nothing not to like about this property, with a pub just across the road that makes amazing meals and serves local cask ales. Check on the times they serve food, as they only do lunches on Monday and Tuesday.

There is only one thing, to which most people have already said about in reviews and it is what it is. The road is very busy in the day time, lots of heavy vehicles going past. To be honest, it doesn't bother you. At night is very quiet and won't disturb you. They have even installed a mirror so you can safely leave the parking bay and enter the road.

Everything there for a comfortable stay. Bed was really nice, exceptionally clean throughout. Even though its near the road we couldn't hear a thing from the bedroom. Carol is a great host very helpful.

Perfect for our purpose.

We had a stressful journey and so appreciated the owner providing all we needed and more. The owner checked in to see if we had everything we needed, which was kind.

The location has a bit of road noise. That's all.

The welcome treats were great! Nice outdoor area, private parking, gorgeous bathroom. Lots of privacy. Immaculately clean.

Occasional road noise, but this didn't cause any real issue. It was in the midst of a heatwave, so we were more preoccupied by trying to stay cool!

Absolutely fantastic it was like staying in a 5 star hotel

Beautifully immaculate, everything is high quality we really can’t fault it, and the bottle of wine cake milk bread were very thoughtful gifts from the owner!

A lovely place to stay, situated near showground. Spotless accommodation, comfortable, home from home with nice outdoor area to sit. Unexpected starter food pack in fridge, which was a nice gesture. Host very friendly & helpful. Would stay there again if in area
