Exactly what i needed and at a good price.

Location for me was exactly what i needed.

The only thing that i could comment on is the sofa seats have lost their cushioning so the sofa was a bit hard to sit on.

The property was in a good location and the host was understanding.

This is a basement flat, so there are a lot of visible damp issues. The mould has been painted over in an attempt to ‘refurbish’ but it is still visible under the paint. We arrived on a wet day and put the heating on immediately to try to air the place, but the property was damp inside with damp bedding and caused asthma difficulties resulting in us having to leave. Anyone looking to book this flat should read the reviews on its management site, Sykes Cottages. They reviews there give a much more accurate picture of what you are booking. Booking.com reviews are inaccurate.

We loved it all, but this is an old period property so you need to expect it to be a little less polished than a new build.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful owner. You can walk straight out and on to the hills and the town centre is literally 5 minutes walk.

Comfortable stay in Great Malvern

This is a fabulous flat in central Malvern. There is loads of space and it is beautiful and has everything you could need inside. It is quiet and spacious and you have restaurants, bars, shops and the Malvern Hills all on your door step. The flat is toasty warm in the winter and the beds are very comfortable, it is also blessed with 2 toilets along with a huge Shower room. We will definitely be back!

L'emplacement par rapport au centre ville, les collines, le jardin. La qualité du linge et l'équipement cuisine.

Le taux d'humidité, qui a gâché notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas Garden View. Propreté et taille correctes (mais la 2ème chambre n'est pas assez grande pour prendre un lit deux places avec tête et pied de lit). Nous avons trouvé la note d'évaluation beaucoup trop élevée sur Booking.com et sur Sykes Cottages. Il faut lire les revues négatives. Le taux d'humidité est très élevé. Nous avons demandé un déshumidificateur aux propriétaires, fourni, et une compensation financière auprès de Sykes Cottages, que les propriétaires ont refusée. Les propriétaires nous ont seulement offert de nous installer dans leur autre appartement. L'appartement est très sombre et sent l'humidité. Très inconfortable à cause de l'humidité, malgré aération et chauffage, surtout dans le salon, l'intérieur des placards de cuisine, et la chambre principale la nuit.
