Top class accommodation

Beautiful apartment with a real wow factor when walking into the living area with the amazing window overlooking the Worcestershire countryside. Downstairs is lovely, spacious and light with a great kitchen area and large dining table. The 2 bathrooms are a good size and fantastic water pressure in the showers. Everything was tastefully decorated and very clean, I absolutely could have moved in permanently! Especially appreciated the things which you don’t always find in holiday accommodation such as full length mirrors in all the bedrooms and good lighting, including reading lamps in the bedrooms. Vanessa also contacted us on the day of our stay to say we could check in early which was very thoughtful. An easy walk into Great Malvern and a really good base for the surrounding area. A real pleasure staying here, it’s one of the nicest places I have stayed.

Not really an issue for me but the bedrooms are very light early in the mornings and I think the beds might be a bit on the small side for 2 sharing. Also some fresh milk on arrival would have been nice.

On site parking with extra on road parking nearby. Lovely clean light space. Nice walk to local amenities (brunch at Faun recommended) but would have been a drive if wanted to carry shopping. Great local pub/food. Easy access to the Malvern Hills walks

We found the artwork near the dining table unsettling and not in keeping with a holiday ambience 😂. The blinds were inadequate for keeping out the light in the bedrooms especially the large bedroom. We opted for the South West facing one with that in mind.

Lovely wedding and loved the pub at the bottom of the hill

Hosts were very communicative

We have stayed in many air bnbs and there has always been a welcome pack. There were 4 friends staying here with another 4 friends (all attending a wedding) staying very close by in another air bnb which was much cheaper, lovely and we were very jealous of their welcome pack!!

A memorable break in a beautiful location with my wife and members of our family.

Great location for access to Great Malvern and the hill walks. The living area is bright, spacious, has far reaching views and worked very well for 5 adults and a 9 month old.

Beautiful place but totally unacceptable building disturbance for the duration of our stay. Very disappointed.

The property was lovely. Everything was of a high standard - though fridge could have been bigger. Loved the open plan dining/ loving area . Excellent standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Really really annoyed by the builders next door. 7am start Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday morning which severely disturbed our sleep and the ambience in the mornings. I requested them to stop Sunday which they did until 9am. This absolutely should have been made known to us . It is clearly a long standing building project and I think agreements need to be made and these made known to visitors. I would not have booked had I been aware. I tried to email but the link bounced back so have no way of contacting the owners. This really ruined our stay and we would like to request compensation.

Very nice property and hosts. Beautiful decor and views were stunning. Clean bright well furnished with good taste.

Only thing (that doesn’t really bother me) was blinds in bedrooms don’t keep out any light! Small annoyance was early building work next door but that was just unfortunate not the hosts fault. Would definitely be back to stay next year!

Superb

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Vanessa and Ian responded very quickly to quiries we had. We were visiting family and this was a really good base there is also plenty of room to entertain.

There is a steep slope down to the property..... To be expected in Malvern but we had grandparents there who found this difficult.

great few days at the property, hosts responded quickly to any questions, Nags Head PH 3mins walk and just a 5 min walk

it was in an elevated position and there was eve great views across the countryside from the big bay lounge window and master bedroom. It was well decorated and provisioned.
