Our communication with the host was extremely smooth. Triinu was understanding and gave way where it was possible. The location is outstanding and the property has everything you need for a great time - sauna, hot tub outside, a chimney, plenty of dishes, a grill, etc. The house was warm, when it was minus 20 degrees outside.
Small things were missing, like sauna hats or coffee. It is not obligatory, obviously, but having spent time in places that have better attention to detail, I can definitely state that this property lacked the eagerness to make the guest stay truly comfortable. Just saying, if you book this place, you get an amazing property, but like 3/10 attention to detail. Its a shame, because the potential is endless.
