Great sauna, grill, trampoline. Lots of room and nice garden.

TV was mainly only russian propaganda channels. Lake is not easily accessible from location.

A peaceful and really comfortable place to spend your holiday with family. Has this right Peipsi vibe. Well equipped, also outside area. Beach just across the street (not too sandy but quiet, better beach about 500m away).

Only thing to complain about are horseflies at the beach but its natural at the lakeside .
