Traveler’s from USA. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to lake. Had enough space for the 12 family members. Sauna and BBQ grill were working good. Overall a great stay.

Villa is really close to the Lake Peipus, literally like 2 minutes of walking (we were lucky - the weather was sunny and managed to sunbathe on the sandy beach). Villa has a big parking - around 4-5 cards could fit there. On the premises there is a great outdoor kitchen, where me and my friends mostly spent our time cooking and grilling. There were enough beds to fit us all in and everybody comfortably slept. The wooden-heated sauna was also a great addition to our wonderful stay.

Location was super, near Peipsi lake and we were running to the water straight out of the sauna. The house was clean, sauna was easy to use. Staff was very friendly! Comfortable beds and generally the house was modern looking.
We missed a sofa in the livingroom, there were only tables and chairs. Never know who are the neighbours - there were campsites opposite the house and music was too loud for us during the night.

- Easy to find;
- Easy checkout and checkin - just make a call and a man comes in 5 mins to welcome and show around the place or to pick up the keys;
- The place is huge: inside (4 sleeping rooms, big common room, spacious kitchen) and outside area;
- All the amenities are all there (a lot of chairs, fully equipped kitchen, paper towels, salt, tinfoil, etc);
- Firewood is provided;
- 100m to the lake;
- In winter in was quite abandoned in terms of people so we didn't disturb anyone with the loud music.
- Sauna is quite small.
