Obiekt jest wspaniale położony- w samym centrum dolnej części miasteczka, koło samej plaży. Z okien części wspólnej rozciąga się przepiękny widok na morze. Wystrój jest przemyślany i naprawdę ładny.
W obiekcie znajduje się kuchnia do ogólnego użytku - poinformowano nas, że rano możemy sobie zrobić kawę i skorzystać ze wszystkiego, co się w niej znajduje. Niestety, kapsułek do ekspresu już nie było, zwykłej kawy nie dało się zrobić, gdyż kawiarka nie działała (ktoś zablokował jedna z jej części), nigdzie nie było sztućców. Skończyło się na tym, że w końcu sfrustrowane wyszłyśmy - osoba zarządzająca obiektem była wtedy obecna, ale nie zwróciła uwagi na nasze problemy. Pokój był bardzo ciemny- było w nim tylko jedno małe okno.
