Clean and modern. Loved the pools and the Cenote! Gorgeous property. They accommodated us for a last minute reservation when our other property cancelled and allowed us an early check in.
We had no hot water during our stay. We notified them and they responded right away but it wasn’t resolved before we left. No check in or check out instructions. Elevator was out of order for 3 of the days so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs.
