Combo locks to get in
Didn't receive the welcome email until we arrived, and the security guard called them. Difficult to find since we didn't receive directions, even though I sent an email requesting them. One shower head was broken, and they said they would come to fix but never did. One bed was missing a blanket/comforter. Said they would bring, but never did. Water was off in the entire unit when we arrived. They fixed that in an hour. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh towels.
