    Strategic place to stay between downtown and the beach. Staff is very friendly. Loved taking the bikes

    The hotel is great. The staff are very welcoming, particularly those at breakfast, who are lovely! The rooms are very nice and spacious; honestly, you could live in them. The beds are dreamy, so comfortable! The only letdown was the water pressure of the shower. Agoda allows you to select twin beds when you book a standard king room, but I don't think that's actually an option at the hotel (double-check to be sure?). The location of the hotel is quite good, you're central but also on the main road to the Tulum hotel zone and the beaches. Close to Mayan Monkey, Hilton, etc, so you know there's going to be other people around. Tip if you're planning on staying in this area. If you're not driving, taxis can get really expensive, but you CAN haggle the price down. 100% get the In Drive app! It's like Tulum's Uber, you can set the price you want to pay. There's a fast-food chain on the road, oxxo, 7/11, and a huge supermarket (Chedraui) a 5-minute walk away. We used tomato.mx a lot. I would really recommend getting a car, moped, or buggy if you're staying for a long period of time. Like all of Tulum, it can be tricky to get around. Hope this helps

    Little things will make this hotel better. The staff at the front desk is not very friendly or helpful. A coffee machine in the room would be a plus. The restaurant should be refurbished and more appealing and would get more customers. We had New Year seve dinner...it s was awful..set menu... not festive at all,awful and expensive for what it was..nothing was " happy" about dining there...tables as usual..not even a table cloth.or candle..no music ,.people turned up in shorts and flip-flops.. Disappointed
