Lieu situé sur les hauteurs avec une vue magnifique sur la Rance , calme et confortable.
Le logement n’était pas très propre et il y avait une odeur pas très agréable c’est dommage

L'emplacement est top, à 15/20 minutes de tous les visites.
La maison n'était pas propre, le lit grinçait, canapé taché, toiles d'araignées partout,.... Équipements plus ou moins en bon état. Cette maison a beaucoup de potentiel mais arriver dans une maison sale n'est pas acceptable.
