We loved our stay in Saint Suliac. It’s a lovely little town. The house has a great view on the Rance with the little fishermans boats and via a path behind the house you walk to the shore of the Rance with some nice restaurants where you can enjoy the sunset.

The house is in a lovely village and has an excellent view of the Rance from the terrace. We chose this house because we needed two bathrooms. We were travelling with elderly parents so needed to know the layout for mobility reasons. Please be aware, although the description says there are two bathrooms, there is only one toilet in a separate room. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double one king, one shower room with no toilet located near the double room. Upstairs is a king room and a small single, but there is no bathroom or toilet upstairs and the wooden stairs are steep. Off the ground floor is a second bathroom with no toilet, but this is up several very steep steps with no hand rail.
Please also be aware that no bedding or towels are included in the booking price, these are extra and very expensive. There was no welcome pack of any kind, nothing to make a drink on arrival and not even one toilet roll. We had to buy cleaning cloths and tea towels as these were not provided. There are no vegetable knives, only a bread knife.
The beds are very comfortable and the house is fine for a holiday, but we believe it should be clear in the website about only one toilet, inaccessible bathroom, lack of basic cleaning cloths and high charges for linen and towels.
