Located near Saint-Malo, on the banks of the Rance River, this former wine press has been renovated in a lush, green setting, offering you all the comfort and space you need for a wonderful family vacation. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the coastal walking trails along the shoreline.

Nestled in a small farmhouse perpendicular to La Chaumière is this vacation rental, which was once an old wine press. This standalone rental has been completely renovated and features: on the first floor, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a double bedroom with a 140×190 cm bed, a large living area (40 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a dining area, and a living room. Above the living room, on a mezzanine, are two single beds. Please note that this mezzanine is reserved for children only.

Outside: a terrace furnished with patio furniture is perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings during the warmer months. This terrace is bordered by a landscaped garden of approximately 100 m².
