Casa Kristel - Exquisite Villa Getaway

Everything was lovely. The Casa Kristel was so perfect for me with the outdoor kitchen and it even had a Bathtub. The pool was just a few steps away. Very peaceful. It was so close to Playa Negra and the town was a short walk. The facilities were beautiful. I really enjoyed being in a unit that was not above or below or next to someone else. It was a great experience.

A fairly clean bungalow surrounded by a garden, with an open kitchen and equipped with everything necessary for cooking.

1. The photos do not reflect the actual location of the bungalow at all, as it is situated next to a noisy road that separates the bungalow from the beach. 2. The staff absolutely do not know how to work with guests: despite a confirmed arrival time, no one met us; moreover, all the gates were closed and we could not get onto the property. No one answered any of the phone numbers, including those listed on Booking. The situation was only saved by the fact that there was a person on the neighboring property who happened to have the phone number of the owner of our accommodation. 3. The young woman at the reception desk gets confused with numbers, can't explain nothing and cannot even print an invoice. 4. If you are expecting a relaxed atmosphere, this is not the place. Every day the owner lies on a hummock by the pool while playing the TV at full volume and all his family speak very loudly to each other as if they were in their own kitchen. 5. The villa is located next to the pool, and if there are children in the complex, the noise level is unbearable.
