The location was great for us because it was close to everything, right in front of Playa Negra, 3 minutes from Puerto Viejo, everything was super close, the host was amazing.
The kitchen was amazing, on rainy days we enjoyed the jungle surrounding the houses and you could hear the congo monkeys nearby.
Honestly, the bed, me and my wife had a hard time sleeping because if you moved a little it creaked a lot, definitely zero comfortable.
Lastly, there were no fans, only the ceiling fan and it was in bad condition, so be prepared to sweat a lot during the night as well.
