The owner was kind and friendly. We loved the location as you could easily walk into town and it’s close to beaches and restaurants. We loved the amount of fans as it gets hot at night. We also liked the kitchen as it had everything you needed to cook.

It got quite hot - no fault of the property

Our stay here was everything we needed it to be! We loved how it was quiet and away from the chaos in town. The host Nacho provided us with all the information we could have needed and constantly made sure we were all good which we appreciated a lot! We also loved how close it was to the beach!

we stayed in one of the upstairs appartments, 2 bedrooms, kitchen , living room, bathroom. Everything you need for a self catering stay. The appartment was very comfortable for the 2 of us, there were 3 fans that worked well, and at night you get some cooler air trough the screened windows, and hear the ocean and the jungle sounds. The property is in a quiet side street just a few hundred meters from the main roead and Playa Negra, walking distance from Puerto Viejo, very convenient location. Nacho, the owner, is accommodating, if you need something or have questions etc there are also some very cute cats. and a nice garden and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The property is secured.

the only thing was , that in our rooms, the beds were quite hard.
