Creek Cottage

It was very homely and had everything we needed

One side of double bed In The back bedroom was very creaky, but was comfortable,

The cottage was cosy and like a home from home, i loved how easy it was to check in.

Locations was great, lovely to sit outside by the stream. Nice cottage, just what we needed.

Couple things need attention, lock on toilet door is broken.

The location of the property was amazing. Staff on site were extremely helpful and pleasant. Overflow parking for e tra vehicles. Shower in the property was lovely.

I've never stayed in a property with no basics like oil, tea, coffee or even oven gloves! You can only sweep up sand if you get on your hands and knees. Only 2 tea towels which had to be used as everything including hand towels as none of these supplied either. On arrival the property smelt and required airing. The property was basic. The second "double bed" was 2 single beds pushed together but 1 of those were so squeakyand rattly we couldn't sleep in it. The oven was dirty with thick grease burnt trays inside and the tv was minimal watching due to a lack of signal. You could watch a couple of dated dvds if you wished but the scratches did make them stop. The last thing that really concerned me was the questionable fire extinguisher and support. Last serviced years ago. The pressure indicator would also prove unpredictable with usage. The small extinguisher looked used too.
