Waters Edge is a well-presented holiday home set beside a stream within the Gardens development, close to the beach at Maenporth near Falmouth. The property sleeps six guests across three bedrooms, comprising one double and two twin rooms. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, along with a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The open-plan living area incorporates a kitchen, dining space and sitting area, creating a sociable setting for meals and relaxation. The property is heated via electric central heating and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Entertainment includes a TV with Freeview, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, as are bed linen and towels. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
Outside, guests can enjoy a decked area with outdoor furniture and access to a communal lawn. Designated off-road parking is provided for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Town: Famouth is a lovely town sitting on the coast of Cornwall. The town has been shaped and influenced byy its strong connection to the sea, and is home to the third largest natural harbour in the world. There are also a good selection of pubs, excellent shopping facilities, an art gallery and a stunning National Maritime Museum, making this an excellent base for holidaymakers. St Mawes rests across from the harbour is a beautiful spot surrounded by rocky coves and sandy beaches.
