Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, między dworcem, a portem. W pobliżu wiele fajnych restauracji czy kawiarni. Spokojna okolica, winda w bloku, cisi sąsiedzi. Mieszkanie czyste i ładnie urządzone, duże szafy, wygodne łóżko, 2 telewizory bywały plusem. Dobry internet, nie było problemu na pracy zdalnej. Jest pralka, ale nie ma chemii do prania (nie wiemy czy działa, bo nie korzystaliśmy). Sprawny piekarnik, jest też mikrofala.
Kuchnia wyposażona tylko w sprzęty, żadnych przypraw, sól i pieprz tylko w saszetkach (po 2 sztuki). Patelnie tefal niestety podrapane. Dzbanek filtrujący dafi, ale bez filtra. Ekspres do kawy na kapsułki nespresso, niestety nie było żadnej kapsułki, za to były kapsułki do zmywarki, której nie ma w mieszkaniu. Drzwi na balkon trzeba uszczelnić, bo strasznie od nich wiało. Brzydki zapach w łazience z odpływu pod prysznicem.

Apartament czyściutki, pachnący. Wszystko było super. Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie bliziutko.
