It is spacious for all 12 of us. Everyone gets a bed to sleep. It is not too far from Kellies Castle, Kin Loong Cave, Gerbang Malam and also Night Market. Check in and check out is a breeze, just register your vehicles and no hassle to get the keys. There is a decent sized fridge where we can store food stuff and its clean too. Aircond is all well maintained and cool. Rooms are spacious and complete with pillows and blankets.

The kitchen has no basic items such as scissors and jug or coffee pot to make tea or coffee. It is unsuitable if you are travelling with elderly or special needs children because to get into the unit you cant escape the stairs, lots of it. However this is stated in the photos so we are already aware of it. The parking is a steep slope and risky especially during a downpour or heavy rain. The property should be advertised separately as the owner has several different units.

the view behind the house was a big lake where, i sit in the morning and sip some hot coffee, it was relaxing experience

everything was okay , game board, pool table , pingpong , but 1 air conditioner from the living room drip water like it was going to flood the living room . the bucket was almost full water but else was great

Limited sofa and no wardrobe in small rooms.

The pool table was very popular with the younger ones. Cleanliness on the first floor was good. The hall, dining and bedrooms were comfortable. Bed linen and mattress was very clean and comfortable. There was a stack of plastic chairs on the 1st floor, which would have been useful if we had visitors. That was thoughtful!

The basement floor (hall, garage) was very dusty, unfurnished, and could not be used. The first floor was reasonably clean but could do with better cleaning under the sofas. The 2nd floor bedrooms were reasonably clean but the cupboards and grill areas were dusty. (Cleanliness is important for us so as not to trigger allergies among family members.) The house is not wheelchair friendly due to the number of stairs (3 stories). Host should install a bannister / hand-rail for the steps from the road level to the front door on the 1st floor. We had a 80 year old grandfather with us, making these steps a high risk each time we went in and out.
