Wspaniała lokalizacja, balkon tuż przy pięknej zatoce, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, mnóstwo wskazówek od właściciela, spokojna i cicha okolica, wiele atrakcji w bliskości spaceru.
Apartament jest dosyć zaniedbany i nie najczystszy.
