Lovely spacious clean room with en suite.
I did not realise it was a room in an apartment, with a shared entrance, kitchen, and living area, which you needed to pass through to get to the room.

The room I rented was part of a large apartment and had a private bathroom. Both the room and the bathroom were extremely clean — and I’m a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness, so this accommodation was a big and pleasant surprise for me.
The entire apartment was clean and well-organized. I met Constantino and Giuseppe; Constantino was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay, while Giuseppe handled the administration and finances. He refunded my deposit about a week after I moved out, just as he had informed me in advance — so no surprises there. His communication was clear and professional.
I had read some negative reviews about this accommodation beforehand, which made me a bit worried, but I can honestly say that my experience was very positive. I would definitely stay here again.
Just to be clear: when you book this place, you are booking a room within an apartment, not a whole apartment — but it’s a spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable one. I felt completely safe throughout my stay and can’t point out any major negative aspects.
The room I rented had a faulty lock — it could be locked from inside, but not from outside when leaving the room. It would be good to fix the lock.

- Leider war es relativ laut. Der Host oder Mitbewohner hat mehrfach nachts um 1 Uhr zu duschen und Haare föhnen begonnen, was sehr laut war
- Die Zimmertüre konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden.
Der Host verlangt eine Kaution von 25 EUR in Bar, Rückzahlung durch Überweisung. Seit dem Checkout ist der Host fast nicht mehr erreichbar und das Geld habe ich auch nicht mehr gesehen
