Agriturismo Malagronda’s holiday apartments in Umbria are located between Città della Pieve and Lake Trasimeno, close to Val D’Orcia’s Tuscany and Monte Pausillo’s National Park. Agriturismo Malagronda is much more than a farmhouse with pool, it is an ideal spot for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday in the countryside. As it is located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany it is a perfect place from where you can make daily trips to visit some of the prettiest hamlets and cities in Italy, such as: Assisi, Perugia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Castiglione del Lago, Panicale, Chiusi, Cortona and Orvieto. Our 7 comfortable and roomy independent apartments and holiday villas have been carefully restored to maintain the character and the style of a typical Umbrian farmhouse but with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and many others). During the stay you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural setting, walk through the olive groves and woods or in the nearby shaded paths in the woods and relax in the sun beside the panoramic pool, leaving your daily routine at home.
Sughera is the largest apartment of the agriturismo, consisting of two floors that can accommodate up to 7 people (4+3). It has its own entrance with a large porchand a large private terrace, an ideal place to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. On the first floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, double sofa bed and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Downstairs two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is also another apartment, the “Ginestra” studio that can accommodate 4 guests. If you are two families or a group of max 11 guests you can book both apartments so you have the whole building just for you. Inside the house you will find: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, hairdryer, telephone, independent heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool (7×14 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).
On request: Air conditioning 10 € per night, baby crib (including linen) 20 € per stay.
Late check-in and late check out: additional fee 50 €.
The swimming pool is open from may 1st to september 30th.
