Beautiful contemporary villa of 142m2 with garden, sun terrace, heated swimming pool without vis-à-vis and parking.
The house will offer you all the comfort and equipment you need to make your family holiday in Bordeaux (up to 11 people) unforgettable.
Both quiet and ideally located.
Only 550m walk from the tramway (line A, which serves the downtown and Merignac airport, without transfers, the Saint-Jean train station with connection at Porte de Bourgogne)
3 minutes from the access to the highway loop (to get to the beach or to the Bordeaux vineyards)
4 minutes from the Arena (concert hall)
7 km from Bordeaux downtown, accessible in a few minutes by car or tram.
Amenities are in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, vending machines, tobacconist's shop, etc.)
There are a few restaurants within walking distance and it is possible to find others within a few tram stops.
The accommodation
On the first floor:
- Fully equipped modern kitchen, with a large fridge, table and chairs. The kitchen gives access to the terrace by the pool.
- Large living room with a dining area with a large family table and a large TV.
- 1 bedroom with double bench and desk (possibility of teleworking, the accommodations are equipped with Fibre)
- 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet)
Upstairs:
- 1 master suite with a magnificent private and furnished terrace. Double bed, large cupboards, 1 shower, 1 sink.
- 3 large bedrooms, 1 of which has a double bed
- 1 large bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet
We ask our guests to reduce the noise on the terrace and in the pool as much as possible from 10pm in order to respect the calm that reigns in the area.
The accommodation has a mobile air conditioner that can be turned on if needed.
