On the first floor is a large kitchen-trattoria opening onto the terrace, which is equipped with a gas grill, a large living room, and a master bedroom with a bathtub.

Guest Access
You have access to the entire grounds, which feature two fountains, a wash house, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table.
