About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Belin-Béliet. It has a floor area of 367 m² and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
It comprises a 180 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All the rooms in the house are on one level.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 180 m² living area, centred around the swimming pool, with a cosy dining area and a lounge area.
- A lounge with a TV, sofas and a double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (120x190)
- A dormitory with three bunk beds (sleeps 6)
- A bathroom with a bath and a hydromassage shower cubicle.
- A shower room with a shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
- A 9m x 4m indoor swimming pool (private and heated all year round) secured by an alarm.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A terrace and a beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,800 m² with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- The outdoor swimming pool is not in use.
The house is ideally situated in Belin-Béliet, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- The Arcachon Basin (around 35–40 mins): Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat, and Le Teich for the bird sanctuary.
- Less than 20–30 mins away: Lac de Lamothe in Hostens: a lovely spot for swimming, the beach, walks or cycling around the lake.
- OuistiTree in Sanguinet: a treetop adventure park if you’re travelling with your family or children.
- In Butterfly Paradise in Sanguinet: a tropical garden with butterflies, also lovely for children.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 4 to 5 cars in single file).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Marcheprime, approximately 25 km away.
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac, approximately 50 minutes’ drive away.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Air conditioning is available in the kitchen, as well as in the dormitory and two of the bedrooms. The living room and the pink bedroom have ceiling fans.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
