Beautiful house and its heated swimming pool in a quiet area of Biscarrosse located on the Domaine du Golf with a view of the lake.
The house is composed of 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the first floor, as well as a bathroom, shower and separate toilet and 4 bedrooms upstairs as well as a shower bathroom and separate toilet.

Optional bed linen and toiletries 30€ per room.
Cleaning fee of 260€ mandatory to be paid on arrival.

Due to the tranquility of the district, parties and noise pollution are prohibited...

The accommodation
Beautiful family house and heated swimming pool in Biscarrosse located on the Domaine du Golf with a view of the lake.
You can enjoy the calm of the neighborhood.

The house is composed of 6 bedrooms:
- 2 on the first floor + bathroom-shower + separate toilet
- 4 upstairs + bathroom-shower + separate toilet

The 2 bedrooms on the first floor each have a bed for 2 people with a bed 140.
The bedrooms upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with sleeps 2 people bed 140 with lake view
- 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each with 2 beds 90
- 1 bedroom office with sleeping 2 people and its sofa bed 140 with a view of the lake

The villa is equipped with a cooling system through the ceiling in case of strong summer heat.

The bed linen and towels package is optional at 30€ per room (except July and August included in the rental).

The cleaning fee is mandatory, please allow 260€ to be paid on arrival (except July August included in the rental).

You can also enjoy the beautiful terrace and the heated swimming pool.
The living room is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

You can enjoy a stay close to nature in Biscarrosse, along the ocean beaches as well as by the lakes, located below the estate.
Beautiful cycle paths, starting from the house, will allow you to reach the town of Biscarrosse and the beaches of the Ocean. For the more sporty up to the Dune du Pilat...
The driving range and golf course are 2 steps from the house.

Due to the tranquility of the place, parties and noise pollution are prohibited.

Pets not allowed.

1 fully equipped kitchen (1 refrigerator with a capacity of 262L, 1 freezer with a capacity of 210L, 1 traditional oven, 1 microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 wine cellar, 1 electric induction hob) with all its utensils (including in particular 2 coffee makers, 1 teapot, 1 kettle, 1 toaster, 1 Magimix multifunction food processor, 1 fryer, 1 waffle ironer, 1 raclette, many pots, glasses, plates etc.) and with a dining area and 4 high stools.
