About this house rental
A paradise for lovers of nature and old buildings.
20 minutes from Bordeaux and Saint Emilion, the old 16th century mill, completely renovated, offers absolute calm with its 20 hectares of nature, its animals, its waterways, its parks and its hundred-year-old trees.
In winter, you can enjoy the fireplaces, the piano, the drums and the indoor swimming pool (open from the end of April to the beginning of October).
In summer, you can relax in the large private garden, with a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from the beginning of October to the end of April).
A children's playground (slides, swings and trampoline), two terraces and plenty of shaded areas complete your garden.
The 700m2 building has magnificent rooms: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 6 toilets, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 entrance, 1 double garage.
A 90m2 cellar, cosy and atypical, is available for rent in addition for professional seminars (100€/day).
Rest and calm guaranteed.
Diverse fauna and flora.
Ideal family, friend or professional grouping.
Possibility to bring your animals, horses and to ride a pony. Please tell me the animals present beforehand, and keep them in your private space for a good cohabitation with those of the estate (free-range hens in particular).
5 minutes from the Cameyrac golf course and its tennis courts.
Possibility to access various services (massage, catering, wine testing, babysitter, etc.).
Instructions:
- Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures until 10 am. Please let me know your arrival time in advance so that I can welcome you, and let me know in case of delay so that I can organize myself.
- For an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late check-out (after 10 am), the supplement is 25€/H.
- Anyone with more than 15 people will incur an additional charge of €10 per 4 hours or €30 per 24 hours.
- I do not allow noisy parties to respect the calm of the place, nor overflows because the house is filled with fragile objects not suitable for festive use. The house is intended for rest for a stay in the middle of nature.

The property was amazing for our group of 2 families, as we enjoyed and explored the greater Bordeaux area. Helene was an excellent host and offered to arrange a number of in-home experiences including a private meal cooked by a local chef, massages, horseback rides, etc. The pool was lovely and we found our stay to be very comfortable. It did take a bit of driving to get in and out of Bordeaux city, and there was always traffic during commuting hours. The property is very rustic and charming for a stay in the french countryside. You definitely need a rental car to explore outside the property. We found Helene to be very responsive and lovely to interact with on the few occasions when we had to reach out to her. Our children (ages 6 and 8) said their stay at this property was their favorite of all our European spots during our trip this summer.
