Our 1,400 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is located 11 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 14 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Durango Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two other nearby golf courses, and a grocery stores.

The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the townhome and off the main living space. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, parking, washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace (Firewood provided), grill fully stocked kitchen and linens/towels. Each bedroom features a TV (Streaming only) and the TV in the Main Living Space has both Cable and streaming.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
