Spend the summer days hiking, mountain biking, fishing, or playing golf, and spend the winter skiing, snowshoeing, or snuggling up in front of the gas fireplace.
Outdoor space at home includes a private patio and balcony, both ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The Durango to Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad goes by regularly, and you can spot it from the upstairs deck or the picnic table behind the home.
