Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is less than 75 feet from the turquoise blue Caribbean.
There is a gate from the condo gallery (patio) directly onto the beach.
Strap on your snorkel gear and head into the water.
The snorkeling is great at our artificial reef just a short swim away from the beach.
Pour a cool drink and relax under the swaying palms to the sound of gentle waves slapping the shore while being caressed by the warm island breeze.
The gallery is comfortably furnished for evening relaxation and al fresco dining.
This large outdoor living area has an unobstructed ocean view.
The Master Bedroom feature a King size bed and sliders doors open to the gallery providing a sea view right from your bed....wake to the sun rising over the shimmering Caribbean Sea...
The guest room features two twin beds that can be combined to a King upon request.
Need a little extra sleeping room? We even have an air mattress for your use.
The condo features central A/C should you need it...or just open the sliders and enjoy the offshore breeze.
Two newly upgraded bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels.
The full kitchen has plenty of dishware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances including microwave, blender and coffee maker.
There is even a washer/dryer for your use.

The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating, dining for (4) and Cable TV, DVD and FREE WiFi
The sliders open to the gallery providing a fantastic breeze and view.
Sugar Beach is a beachfront, security patrolled complex located close to Christiansted for dining, shopping and sight seeing.
It has a fresh water pool with plenty of deck space, gas grills,basketball and tennis courts and direct beach access. There are 2 restaurant/bars within walking distance and 2 grocery stores that are a short drive.
A rental car is not a necessity but is recommended.
A selection of activity brochures will be available upon arrival or at the front desk. Prior to check in, be sure to ask for a link to my website for some great sightseeing and dining choices as well as our beach guide !

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

Love Sugar Beach. This unit was ideal for us. Walk out onto the beach. Awesome breeze through the condo. Used the AC at night, and it worked exceptionally.

First of all, every place I have ever stayed at has had some minor issue. It could be not having toilet paper or dishes, one time there was a hole in the roof from a tree crashing on the house. What either makes or breaks the experience is how the property manager handles the situation. Like so many other places we had a small issue that was immediately taken care of within hours!! All praise goes to Earl!!! Fantastic property manager and a great guy!!!
Now to the place we stayed. I want to buy it!!! That’s how much we enjoyed it!!! The bathrooms were fantastic! The bedrooms were large! Plenty of storage in closets and dressers. The kitchen was large enough with everything a person could need. (Well, other than salt and pepper there wasn’t any spices lol). The living room was comfortable and the covered patio was perfect!!! From the patio you are literally 30 feet to the water!! The beach was quiet and the water was warm and refreshing. We ate most meals sitting either on the patio or in beach chairs close to the water. Sunrise walks on the beach were so beautiful and relaxing. Imagine being all alone holding hands with the person you love walking on a beach as the sun came up… that was our mornings!!
The pool is a short walk from the condo and it is amazing!! Pictures don’t do it justice! The gas BBQ grill was a popular place for us to prepare dinner. We can’t wait to go back!! All in all… STAY HERE!!! You will be happy with your choice!!!

Good Location and nice pool, but the house is very outdated with lots of issues that needs addressing, exposed wires over sink, moldy beach supplies, moldy smell when entering condo, torn up couch fabric on couch, etc etc
